Mind Body Breath Asia came about in the middle of 2014 as a result of years of a deep yearning to explore traditional modalities of healing the body including yoga and to be able to keep these ancient practices alive by sharing it with others.
I came across the Ashtanga practice in my late twenties and have been a devoted student to this lineage ever since then. Choosing to teach what I practice makes complete sense to me and so all of my yoga classes are currently based around the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method.
Mind Body Breath Virtual began as a response to the COVID-19 and its resulting movement control order (or lockdowns as it is known in other parts of the world). Making classes accessible via live-streaming helped many of those who are confined at home to manage their stress & anxiety about the uncertain future as well as keeping everyone healthy and calm at home.
I connected with my most trusted friends who are also talented and highly respected teachers for many years to create a wholesome offering of yoga classes that not only teaches you how to build a safe and sustainable yoga practice, but also deepens your understanding of your own body.
Yoga is available to everyone, young and old, healthy, or those dealing with injuries or sickness. I hope you too will be able to find something that meets your need and continues to help you grow into the best, most compassionate version of yourself.
